Hello there. My name is Scott Popa And this is My web Page. I am a Independand Contractor and would like to give you and idea of my background.
I have been Certified by The "International Certified Floor Covering Installers Association" since 2005. Before that I worked in a Union Shop in Minnesota for four years handling a large veriety and large quanity of carpet, so to say I have Experience which I would hope is something that you would look for in a contractor.

I also carry a Liability Policy, so you can rest assure that I will take good care of your property while conducting business with you.

To date, The feedback of my services has been Great. I give credit not only to my experiences yet to a patient and professional approach. This kind of approach is what is needed from the first step to the last to assure that a quality installation and that the desired results occur.
